• Develop process designs, checks, and manufacturing standards for new product versions.
• Lead management of change activities and process validations.
• Maintain PFMEAs, MIs, and engineering standards; support audits and investigations.
• Coordinate non-capital equipment upgrades and obsolescence projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Operations, Maintenance, Controls Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Manufacturing Engineer II serves as an independent technical contributor responsible for manufacturing process ownership, equipment performance, and continuous improvement. This role leads projects, drives process capability, and delivers measurable business results through engineering expertise and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Own assigned manufacturing processes, equipment, and product families.
• Lead station and line improvement projects focused on OEE, scrap reduction, cycle time, andreliability.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and production issues.
• Develop process designs, process checks, and manufacturing standards for new product versions.
• Lead management of change activities and process validations.
• Maintain and improve PFMEAs, MIs, MOPs, compliance documentation, and engineering standards.
• Support audits, investigations, HEC actions, and product compliance activities.
• Coordinate non-capital equipment upgrades and obsolescence projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving Operations, Maintenance, Controls Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3-4 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong project management, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency in CAD, technical drawing interpretation, and engineering change management.
• Experience with automation systems, manufacturing processes, and DOE methodologies.
