The State of North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking an Engineer II (NS) to provide engineering support for Division managed and Locally Administered Projects. You will assist the Division Project Manager, review preliminary scopes, planning documents, ROW and construction plans, budgets, track milestones, and coordinate reviews with units and public officials.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Possibility of required Professional Engineer licensure.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel and operating a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support for Division-managed projects and Locally Administered Projects.
• Review preliminary scopes, planning documents, ROW and construction plans.
• Coordinate reviews with other units, reviewers, and public officials.
• Track milestones and budgets; assemble reports and update SAP.
• Support SharePoint and ATLAS; assist with utility relocations and Right of Way issues.
