Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience or related analytical field.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable in data center financial operations including cost drivers, pertinent technology, vendors, customers served, and regional nuances.
• Establish annual/monthly performance targets, analyze budget-to-actual variance, and communicate key messages to leadership.
• Experience working with data warehousing and data modeling.
• Identify and lead cost savings initiatives.
• Support the month-end financial close reporting for data center engineering.
• Develop and refine complex driver-based financial models leveraging KPIs.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Pinpoint defects or waste in processes, and drive new processes and automation to eliminate the defects and prevent them from recurring.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background on data center financial operations, cost drivers, and capacity planning.
