Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking an senior engineering professional to develop and maintain technical solutions aligned with engineering and architectural design while meeting business requirements. You will provide technical expertise to improve efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security, planning and supporting solutions in compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience with Java, Angular, and banking platforms, plus cloud and microservices

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in engineering or software development.
• Expert knowledge of Java, Angular, and banking platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Online Banking Platforms and Application support and Operations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Commercial Banking applications and platforms including Commercial Payments (Wires, ACH, RTP), Commercial Fraud management (Positive Pay).
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud technologies, APIs & Microservices architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree.
• Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering).
• 7+ years relevant experience.
• 7+ years of Java technology stack, Angular Framework, Magellan, and Universal Payment Platform.
• 5+ years experience in Commercial Online Banking Platforms and Application support and Operations.
• 5+ years of demonstrated, hand‑on experience in Commercial Banking applications and platforms including Commercial Payments (Wires, ACH, RTP etc.), Commercial Fraud management (Positive Pay).
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud technologies, APIs & Microservices architecture.
