PowerSouth Energy Cooperative in Alabama seeks an Engineer II to provide engineering support to the Power Production Division and offer necessary technical direction and assistance. The position is based at the Lowman Energy Center (LEC) in Leroy, Alabama.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer or Wireless Engineering and at least two years of experience as an Engineer III or equivalent.

• Two (2) years of experience as an Engineer III or equivalent experience.
• Based at the Lowman Energy Center (LEC) in Leroy, Alabama.

(Power Production Engineering Department)

PowerSouth Energy Cooperative, headquartered in Andalusia, AL, is a generation and transmission (G&T) electric cooperative with 22 distribution members - 18 electric distribution systems and four municipal electric systems - in Alabama and northwest Florida.
