ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. in Findlay, OH, is seeking a Manufacturing & Operations engineer to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
You will design and integrate production equipment, automation, and control systems to support high-volume manufacturing. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance initiatives, analyzing performance data, and supporting new model launches and equipment integration.
Work in a manufacturing environment that may include equipment noise, temperature variations, and dust.
Perform job duties that require standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workday.
Work safely in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulatory standards.
Communicate, observe, and interpret information necessary to perform job duties, with or without assistive devices.
Understand and follow written and verbal instructions related to safety, quality, and operations.
Occasionally move or handle tools, materials, equipment, or documents.
When required, lift or move items up to 10 pounds without assistance.
When lifting, pushing, pulling, or transporting heavier items (up to 50 pounds or more), company-provided assistive or mechanical devices will be used.
