You will collaborate with senior staff on design, development, testing, and on-call support.

The role offers mentorship, training, and real-world project experience, with opportunities to advance technical skills in enterprise engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#/.Net, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and technologies, including AI models, MCP servers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Entry level knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support AI agents and agent-based solutions across Microsoft AI and cloud platforms.
• Partner with Senior Engineers to ensure solutions align with established engineering standards, approved designs, architectural principles, and enterprise patterns.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response activities, and disaster recovery (DR) testing and exercises.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
