Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Facilitate performance testing, calibration, environmental testing of avionics development hardware per test plans
• Provide support to identify root cause for failures of hardware during development test cycles
• Maintain automated test equipment configuration control and traceability to support quality audits
• Review and process large data sets to identify nonconformances

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience operating and maintaining test chambers and automated test and measurement equipment
• Sound knowledge of electronics circuit fundamentals
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs
• Flexibility to support weekend shifts or non‑standard hours may be required based on program needs
