WSP in the U.S. is searching for an experienced Engineer Diver to join our Underwater Inspection Team. This role requires leading bridge and waterfront inspections, exercising engineering judgment, and providing technical leadership. Located in the Northeast, candidates will support demanding field operations and client interactions.
To qualify, candidates need a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and over 7 years of inspection experience. WSP offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 – $140,000 based on experience.
WSP is seeking an experienced Engineer Diver to join our Underwater Inspection Team in the Northeast Region. This position can be based in any of our offices in Pennsylvania, New York, or New Jersey, with flexibility depending on candidate preference.
The Engineer Diver is a licensed professional engineer who exercises independent engineering judgment, leads complex field inspections, and provides technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams. The role involves planning and executing bridge and waterfront inspections, evaluating structural conditions, developing defensible recommendations, mentoring junior staff, and interfacing directly with clients.

Expected Salary (all locations): $120,000 – $140,000. WSP reserves the right to adjust final compensation based on experience and other factors.
