Job Overview

This role is essential for protecting T-Mobile's digital infrastructure and sensitive data as part of the Continuous Hunting and Offensive Specialists team, which proactively simulates Advanced Persistent Threats to uncover previously undetected cybersecurity incidents. It involves applying advanced security protocols and technologies, along with hypothesis-driven investigations, to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities before adversaries can act. The role requires developing and implementing strategies that comply with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements, while continuously assessing the effectiveness of existing security controls. Success is measured by the effectiveness of security defenses, the ability to respond promptly to incidents, and how well identified gaps are remediated to keep defenses strong and adaptive to evolving threats. The work supports organizational security posture and maintains trust with customers and stakeholders.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $91,885 - $165,715National Base Pay Range: $79,900 - $144,100

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.
