Hilton, a global leader in hospitality, is seeking an Engineer to maintain the hotel’s facilities and ensure guest safety and comfort. You’ll manage day-to-day maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, delivering reliable service that supports memorable stays.

Ideal candidates understand property operations and local building environments; familiarity with Hilton properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention

Candidates who are familiar with the property’s facilities, operations, and local business environment may be well-positioned to contribute quickly in this role. Experience at this property or comparable familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
