M.C. Dean in Tysons, VA is seeking new college graduates for Engineer 1 roles across design, energy, software, systems, and telecommunications. You will work alongside experienced professionals in corporate offices, testing labs, project sites, or manufacturing facilities to develop solutions for mission-critical projects.

The program combines formal training and hands-on learning to build a broad, advanced skillset across electrical, engineering, and cybersecurity domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with CAD, SolidWorks, Revit, Python, SCADA, MATLAB or VHDL.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tysons, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, install, and maintain equipment used to monitor and control systems, machinery, and processes.
• Develop, integrate, and support project engineering deliverables through drawings, specifications, product selection, installation sequence planning, and commissioning.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives, reducing operational costs, and supporting our sustainability commitment.
• Provide software development services for enterprise software in Client and Web environments.
• Provide system programming and management support for large scale networking infrastructures, including high performance computer configurations.
• Design, coordinate, and specify telecommunication distribution systems and infrastructure for medium to large projects.
