TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to perform preventative maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities. You will inspect mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, fix issues, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting guest rooms and public areas.
You will respond to service calls, collaborate with other departments, and communicate effectively to maintain high guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
The Engineer performs interior and external preventative maintenance and basic repairs in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. Responds to engineering service calls. Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management.
What you'll be doingPhysical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50lbs -- 100lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
