Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in California seeks an experienced .NET developer to drive Windows applications using the .NET 4.5 framework, C#, and related technologies. You will build UI and backend components, participate in code reviews, and ensure on-time delivery within an on-site/offshore collaborative environment.

Required 8–15 years of experience, strong C#, OOP, and hands-on skills in DI, patterns, LINQ, EF, ADO.NET, SQL/T-SQL, and WCF services, with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of .NET 4.5 framework development experience.
• Strong C# and Object-Oriented programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience with DI, design patterns and exceptions handling.
• Experience with LINQ, Generics, Collections, and TPL/async/await.
• SQL Server with proficiency in T-SQL and ADO.NET.
• Exposure to SOA and WCF services; Agile/onsite-offshore collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and develop both UI and .NET components with on-time delivery.
• Perform Code Reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed.
• Perform Analysis, design, and new development.
• Collaborate with the client on one-to-one basis.
• Prepare and maintain system, application and program level documentation as required.

• SQL database with good understanding of T-SQL programming
