Northwest AI Consulting is seeking engineers to build client automations, data connectors, and production workflows using LLMs and agentic patterns. You will own projects end to end with a small, senior team and maintain durable systems.

• Build and ship client automations: agents, integrations, data pipelines, and internal tools.
• Stand up data connections: source connectors, sync infra, role-based access.
• Work with Claude, MCP, and agentic workflows in production, not demos.
• Scope builds in plain language clients can approve, then deliver what was scoped.
• Maintain what you ship so your code has a long life.
