Job summary

Commissioning Partners LLC. is seeking a motivated Entry Level Engineer to join our pharmaceutical team in New Jersey.

This role offers hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, qualification, and maintenance management within a regulated manufacturing environment. You’ll build foundational technical skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop practical knowledge of GMP, documentation, and equipment lifecycle in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with up to 1 year of relevant experience encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, equipment maintenance, qualification, or technical documentation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and develop technical expertise in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
• Support qualification activities for equipment and systems.
• Learn and apply maintenance management procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.
