Job summary

Forest River, Inc. is seeking a CAD/ drafting technician in Indiana.

A high school diploma with CAD training or equivalent experience is required, with 3D CAD experience a strong plus. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, using Autodesk Inventor and other CAD tools, and supporting engineering teams by preparing accurate part drawings, tolerances, and documentation to support manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or training in 3D CAD.
• Autodesk Inventor is a major plus.
• Basic MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and calipers.

• Able to take direction and finish tasks in a timely manner.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic calculations.

Education and Skill Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training certificate in computer aided drafting and/or equivalent experience
• Experience and or trained in 3D Cad
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor a major plus
