Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Python developer with ML experience to design, build, and deploy enterprise document management solutions featuring OCR and Deep Learning. The role emphasizes robust logging, caching, concurrency, performance tuning, and comprehensive monitoring.

Strong UML design skills and DevOps familiarity are required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Python/ML, solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication.

• 5+ years of experience as developer in Python technologies including Machine Learning
• Experience in building and deploying enterprise applications for document management process that includes OCR, Deep Learning, etc.
• Solid experience in Logging, Caching, Transaction Management, Multi-Threading/Concurrency, Performance Tuning, and Monitoring aspects of the applications.
• Solid design documentation skills using UML
• Understanding and usage of DevOps processes for the build and deployment.
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Agile Project Process Knowledge.
• A positive attitude, excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop, review and comment on written technical documentation.
• Process oriented and detailed oriented.
