Job summary

A leading automotive manufacturer in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to support the Engine department. The role involves performing a variety of mechanical and electrical functions including maintenance on engine manufacturing equipment. Candidates should have a 2-year technical degree and 1-3 years of related experience. This position requires flexibility in working hours and may include overtime or on-call duty.

Qualifications

• 2-year Technical Degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Electricity, or Industrial Electronics preferred.
• 1 - 3 years job-related experience preferred including electricity & electrical application, PLC, pipefitting, welding.
• Experience with CNC programming and robotics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on engine manufacturing process equipment.
• Repair and maintain mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines.
• Inspect and measure parts to detect wear or other problems.
