Warren CAT in Oklahoma City is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and present training curricula for our service area. You will create course material, schedule sessions, and ensure students gain deep knowledge of engines and heavy equipment, while embodying CAT values, safety, and customer service.

The role requires experience or education in training/adult education and the ability to deliver engaging, hands-on and lecture-style instruction. Travel up to 50% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in training or adult education.
• Background with engines or heavy equipment 1–3 years or strong soft skills.
• Ability to present educational information with enthusiasm and variety of teaching methods.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Develop course material and schedules to provide broad, in-depth knowledge of engines, heavy equipment, or soft skills.
• Maintain classroom and training equipment to facilitate learning.
• Teach CAT values including safety, ethics and customer service to students.
• Be a strong example of CAT values and work ethic for students.
• Demonstrate critical thinking in defining problems, collecting data, and drawing conclusions.
• Communicate verbally for long portions of the day in person and by phone.
