Job summary

Jovie in Sunnyvale seeks a patient, proactive nanny to care for an active 18‑month‑old after school, Monday to Friday, 2 PM–6 PM. You’ll engage in reading, play, meals, and gentle learning activities while maintaining a warm, organized day.

A valid Pediatric CPR certification is required or obtained, reliable car, clean driving record, and strong English. Pay is $33–$38 per hour with guaranteed hours and 5 sick days.

Qualifications

• 5 years nanny experience, including strong toddler experience.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained.
• Clean driving record with a reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong English communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Afternoons focused on attentive toddler care with reading, play, problem-solving, simple meals and snacks, and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Household tasks related to the child (laundry, dishes, clothes storage, tidy-up) as needed.
• Occasional daycare pickup with a safe drive; communicate proactively about supplies and needs.
