Summersville Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting for a PRN Activities Assistant to join our team. You will work directly with residents, planning and leading engaging social and recreational activities to promote community involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in healthcare or activities planning preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, and conduct activities for residents.
• Must possess an active state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized activity care and services for residents.
• Collaborate with the activities department and interdisciplinary teams.
• Engage residents in social and community activities.
• Support aging, rehabilitation, and recovery through activity programming.
