ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data, implement plans, and collaborate with families to support client outcomes.

Flexible weekend shifts available, with competitive pay and growth opportunities. Prior ABA experience is a plus, but training and certification assistance are provided to successful candidates.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 1–2 years experience in ABA settings preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Previous ABA therapy experience and working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members for client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients; follow BACB ethics.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
