The Little Gym is seeking energetic individuals to join our team in Dallas to lead classes for children, focusing on movement, learning, and fun. You will guide kids through our curriculum and foster a welcoming, safe environment for families.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with children, staying active, and delivering excellent customer service to members. Training is provided to learn our teaching method and programs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a classroom or activity setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a fun, safe, and educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play in The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!).
