• Assesses student progress and provides feedback to staff and parents.
• Demonstrates methods to implement assignments and address individual needs.
• Directs student workers and volunteers to maximize efficiency.
• Facilitates student learning and maintains a safe, positive classroom climate.
• Monitors student activities to ensure safety and welfare.
• Participates in meetings to share information and coordinate actions.
• Prepares teaching materials and records for lesson delivery and progress.
• Reports incidents to maintain safety and compliance with policies.
