Job summary

Life Time Inc. Las Vegas is seeking a Kids Supervisor to organize and supervise engaging activities for children from three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes.

You will greet members, lead storytelling, crafts, singing, and games in a safe, fun environment. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days, and completion of all state or federal requirements before the first day.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors and maintains a safe and healthy environment around toys and equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staffing checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes evaluations and provides feedback and coaching as needed.
