Top performers may transition to full-time roles; licensing costs are covered, and training provided. A strong sales mindset and knowledge of weapons self-defense are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and closing abilities for guiding groups to decisions.
• Passion for firearms/self-defense education and 2nd Amendment.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license (paid by us).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations at local ranges, stores, and training facilities.
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and guide prospects to enroll.
