Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the Diocesan curriculum
• Plan and use effective instructional strategies and materials for diverse learners
• Educate students on the culture and history of Spanish-speaking countries
• Use age-appropriate teaching tools and technology to teach reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities
• Set tasks and challenges for assessments
• Foster intellectual curiosity and creativity
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and maintain records
• Establish consistent routines and collaborate with colleagues
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and administration
• Model professional and Christian behavior with integrity
• Participate in in-service programs and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by administration
