Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Environmental Education, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in public relations or print media and journalism.
• Experience working for a water utility or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach activities and events such as Fix-A-Leak Week and Cubihatcha Kids.
• Develop brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create and manage social media content and digital communications.
• Maintain website content and content calendar.
• Provide communications support to executive team and staff.
• Track outreach metrics for annual reporting.
• Maintain an internal employee newsletter.
