Blain’s Farm & Fleet seeks friendly cashiers in Dubuque, IA to provide a positive shopping experience at checkout. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, scan items, and apply coupons while upholding Blain’s culture of service.

Qualifications

• Self-checkout attendant duties as needed.
• Customer care duties including returns and answering the phone as needed.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Assist with customer carryout as needed.
• Perform duties of the Sales Floor Associate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the store.
• Assist customers at checkout and scan items for pricing accuracy.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when required.
• Support Blain’s Rewards Mastercard applications and loyalty sign-ups.
