Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the discipline or subfield.
• Master’s degree plus 18 graduate hours in the discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree with licensure/certification and three years of work experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Teaches in a professional manner promoting general education and discipline goals as defined by the College.
• Maintains high academic standards and applies evaluation techniques fairly.
• Keeps accurate scholastic records and submits grades by deadlines.
• Develops clear syllabi with well-articulated learning outcomes.
• Meets all classes as scheduled and notifies supervisor of exceptions.
• Contributes to curriculum development and program assessment as requested.
• Participates in required professional development and college compliance training.
