Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Planning and Preparation: Establish instructional outcomes and select activities and resources to meet learning targets.
• Managing Classroom Procedures: Establish routines and manage transitions to maximize instructional time.
• Using Questioning and Discussion Techniques: Pose high quality questions and foster student-led discussion.
• Engaging Students in Learning: Provide challenging activities and student choice aligned to goals.
• Using Assessment in Instruction: Use varied assessment methods and provide timely feedback.
• Professional Responsibilities: Maintain attendance, communicate with families, and fulfill duties as assigned.
