Job summary

Metropolitan State University of Denver is seeking a Communications and Operations Coordinator to support Student Engagement & Well-being. The role coordinates communications, workflows, and admin tasks across SEW and related units in a fast-paced, student-centered environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong written/verbal communication, and experience coordinating communications or marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating communications or marketing initiatives.
• Experience developing timelines and organizing work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication initiatives and operational activities across SEW priorities.
• Lead or participate in committees and working groups.
• Coordinate events and awards communications and materials.
• Administrative support including budget tracking and vendor payments.
