Job summary

ACQCENTRIC INC seeks a Air and Missile Defense Engagement Operations Team Product Owner to guide the EO software development for the IFMC project. You will prioritize capabilities, validate increments, and advise leadership on risks, performance, and action items.

You will collaborate with agile teams, oversee EO SW development, attend code reviews, and ensure acceptance criteria are met while aligning with DoD mission goals and program management priorities.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a basic understanding of Engagement Operations concepts including engagement planning/scheduling, threat evaluation, target selection, battlespace prediction, and sensor resource management.
• Must be able to provide oversight to an EO SW development team and verify work based on acceptance criteria, including attending code reviews.
• Must be able to work directly with Agile software developers.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and validate development software for the Engagement team for each product increment and sprint.
• Provide guidance to the development team on designs, algorithms and status to leadership.
• Present technical briefings and advisement on status, risks, and action items to leadership.
