Color’s Growth Marketing team partners with clients to craft and deliver campaigns across email, mail, digital, and in-person events that drive enrollment and engagement in Color benefits.
As an Engagement Marketing Manager, you’ll shape strategy for enterprise and mid-market clients, lead multichannel campaigns, and collaborate across Customer Success, design, and product teams to scale initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Denver or South San Francisco, onsite 2–3 days a week.
Color is revolutionizing cancer care with the nation’s first Virtual Cancer Clinic, delivering high-quality, physician-led multidisciplinary care across all 50 states. Our innovative, guideline-based approach spans cancer screening, risk assessment, prevention, diagnosis, treatment support, and survivorship. In addition to personalized direct medical care, our services include cancer genetics risk assessment, nutrition, mental health support and at-home cancer screening diagnostics. Using technology-driven, patient-centric solutions, Color is transforming how employers, unions, health plans, and governments address cancer. Color’s goal is to close critical cancer care gaps, improve cancer outcomes, and guide patients with empathy through their healthcare journeys.
Color’s Growth Marketing team works alongside our clients to develop and deliver both turnkey and customized communications plans that drive enrollment and ongoing engagement in the Color benefit. As an Engagement Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic marketing partner to clients, drawing on your understanding of their populations, Color’s member base, and business goals to develop creative, effective campaigns.
You’ll work closely with clients across our book of business to understand their unique populations, identify the channels and messaging that resonate most, and recommend tailored strategies to achieve enrollment goals. This includes presenting Color’s engagement marketing approach to clients, earning their trust, and customizing campaigns across email, mail, digital, and in-person events. Beyond your direct client work, you’ll own strategic initiatives to evolve our approach, expand our reach and build repeatable processes, and test innovative ideas.
In this highly visible and cross‑functional role, you’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers, client stakeholders and partners across internal teams. You’ll balance strategic project and initiative ownership with hands‑on execution, including responding to day‑to‑day client requests, editing copy, managing custom creative projects, supporting team operations, and attending client events.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re creative, organized, and curious about what motivates people to take action on their health. You’re energized by brainstorming with clients, solving complex outreach challenges, and partnering with design, engineering, and product teams to build and scale successful campaigns.
