This is a remote role with opportunities to drive account growth and mentor teams across geographies.

You will guide data-driven recommendations, oversee multiple projects, and partner with biopharma teams to deliver strategic value to clients at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of primary market research consulting experience, focused on quantitative commercial strategy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements and project teams.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Skilled at developing and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with high standards for accuracy and quality.
• Preferred Life Sciences/Healthcare market intelligence; qualitative research a plus.
