B5 is partnering with a leading Data Consulting client to hire an Engagement Manager supporting enterprise manufacturing clients and data-driven initiatives. This is a highly visible, client-facing role with full accountability for delivery, client success, and account growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage executive-level client relationships across IT and business stakeholders
• Understand business challenges and design data & analytics-driven solutions
• Lead delivery to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and exceed expectations
• Drive account growth through “land and expand” strategies
• Support business development, proposals, and new client opportunities
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Step in hands‑on when needed (project management, business analysis, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years delivering data & analytics solutions (cloud, data warehouse, data lake, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience within manufacturing environments
• Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles
• Experience managing and growing client accounts ($2M–$4M+ revenue)
