Job summary

Crystal Bridges & The Momentary in Bentonville, AR seeks an Internship Program & Engagement Manager to lead the year-round internship program, recruit industry partners, and coordinate program delivery with schools and community partners.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, diversity and inclusion, and the ability to design curricula, manage events, and ensure compliant operations across CB/MO programs. Onsite work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience directly related to duties.
• 5–7 years of internship program experience in arts-related institutions is highly desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Ability to foster relationships with schools, community partners, and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to place interns.
• Develop internship curriculum and framework with department leaders.
• Organize intern orientations, workshops, and culminations.
• Oversee program administration, including timekeeping and data reporting.
• Create and manage program planning, budgets, and evaluation.
• Provide training for internship supervisors and staff.
