Human judgment, expertise, and creativity remain essential and are amplified by AI. We expect everyone in this role to use AI thoughtfully and proactively to accelerate their performance, improve the quality of their work, and explore new possibilities. Job brief:
As an Engagement Editor, you sit at the center of how our programming team plans, produces, and promotes content for millions of daily users. This is a technical role as much as an editorial one: you'll work hands‑on with AI tools and algorithmic curation every day, and you're equally comfortable with editorial judgment and technical execution. You know how to get the right content to the right people at the right time. You'll help carry our vision for content curation and promotion into day‑to‑day decisions, bringing technical curation knowledge into the team's work along the way. This role is based in New York or Atlanta, with three days a week in office, and reports to the Director, Programming.
The impact you'll make:
Raise the bar on production
Partner across the content team
Grow engagement and reach
