Who You Are

We are hiring an elite engagement leader for key accounts in EMEA. This role involves driving renewal numbers, ensuring successful implementation and value realization, and collaborating with Account Executives and Pre-sales TAMs to identify expansion opportunities.

You should be a customer-centric, results-driven individual with a passion for delivering value in the high-inertia Life Sciences industry. You must embody extreme ownership and have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing delivery teams.

Demonstrable experience in managing complex data solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate customer hierarchies are essential. You will be a proactive leader, ensuring customer success despite obstacles, and comfortable working in a category creation environment that requires discipline and determination.

What You Have Done

  • 7+ years in delivery leadership roles within Life Sciences software and data markets, with expertise in at least two of: Discovery/Early-Stage Development, Late-Stage Development/CMC, Manufacturing/QC
  • 3+ years in management consulting
  • Experience working in startup environments
  • Led teams deploying solutions to top 250 bio/pharma companies
  • Delivered complex enterprise deals worth hundreds of thousands to millions in ARR
  • Expanded customer accounts with significant ACV
  • Strong program leadership skills during challenging periods
  • Experience delivering solutions within GxP-compliant areas
  • Mentored engagement, project, program, or customer success managers
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, team environments

What You Will Do

  • Execute delivery processes to accelerate time-to-value, ensure high customer satisfaction, and meet renewal targets
  • Lead key account delivery teams, aligning on objectives for success
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for complex implementations
  • Collaborate with Sales to pursue new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Understand and evangelize TetraScience’s Product to diverse customer personas
  • Work with product teams on customer feedback and roadmap alignment
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Create account-specific plans with Account Executives for expansion and renewal
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Manage renewal forecasts and account health updates for leadership
  • Lead by example, inspiring your teams to do their best work
  • Use analytical and emotional intelligence skills to derive insights from customer data strategies
