Job summary

British American Household Staffing is seeking an experienced nanny to care for a 15-month-old in Seattle. The role emphasizes developmental activities, strict adherence to routines, and a nurturing, proactive approach. Mandarin language ability is a bonus as the family values exposure to the language.

Two long days per week (Wed and Thu, ~7:00am–6:00pm) with a flexible floating day, and a potential live-in arrangement for the right candidate. No family‑assistant duties are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, engaging care for the family's 15‑month‑old daughter.

• Encourage developmental milestones through play, books, puzzles, music, and more.
• Get outside regularly to keep the child active and engaged.
• Communicate with the parents about the day, development, and activities.
