Pink Nannies is seeking a warm, energetic nanny in Washington, DC to care for an infant and a toddler with developmental delays. The role offers either live-in or live-out arrangements, with a focus on responsive care, early development, and open communication with the family.

The family values patience, creativity, and a collaborative approach with therapists and professionals to support the children’s growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional childcare experience.
• Experience collaborating with therapists or implementing developmental strategies preferred.
• Experience supporting children with developmental delays or related developmental needs.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo background check and pass a driving record check.
• Live-in preferred, but live-out candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for an infant and a toddler, following their routines.
• Plan age-appropriate activities and outdoor play.
• Prepare meals and snacks and manage daily routines.
• Take the lead on toddler’s daily schedule and support developmental goals.
• Communicate openly with parents and developmental professionals.
