Ideal candidates will have exceptional academic credentials and demonstrated experience on complex domestic and international deals across energy sectors.
Experience with upstream and midstream M&A, project development, real estate, project finance, and tax equity is a plus.
Qualifications
- 2nd–4th year associates with outstanding academic credentials.
- Experience on complex domestic and/or international energy transactions.
- Experience across energy sectors incl. upstream, midstream M&A, project development, real estate, project finance, contracts.
Responsabilités
- Support energy transactions for the Energy Industry group.
- Contribute to due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of deal documents.
