Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) roles, either buy/sell or consulting.
• Strong project management experience across large transformation programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Energy Trading change-the-Bank program to completion with the Energy Trading desk.
• Formulate, enable and implement business strategy; support day-to-day activities of Energy Trading.
• Support governance, risk management, planning, and budgeting across business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, HR and other functions on risk, controls and people matters.
