Job summary

Energy Dome S.p.A. is hiring a Tax Manager to oversee tax matters for our expanding US operations, coordinating with external tax advisors and the global Finance team.

The role focuses on US tax compliance, planning, incentives, ITC, cost segregation, and project-level tax matters for manufacturing and development projects. You will work with the Controller and Finance team to monitor tax developments, review deliverables, and ensure timely resolution of tax issues while supporting budgeting and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• At least five years of progressive tax experience across public accounting and private industry.
• Strong knowledge of US corporate income tax, federal and multistate compliance, tax planning, and business tax matters.
• Experience coordinating external tax advisors, reviewing technical tax deliverables, and managing key deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advisor-prepared federal, state, and local income tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions; coordinate inputs, review deliverables, and track deadlines.
• Work with external tax and legal advisors on US entity and project tax planning, ownership structures, intercompany arrangements, and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate advisor support for sales and use tax, property tax, and other business tax obligations, including exemption documentation.
• Oversee advisor-prepared tax basis and depreciation schedules and coordinate responses to tax notices and examinations.
• Coordinate and review advisor-prepared income tax provisions and related tax schedules with the Controller.
