ENFRA Solutions is seeking an Energy Systems Analyst II in Coppell, TX. The role entails planning and performing assignments with guidance on complex problems and project plans, including energy systems analysis and collaboration with owners, clients, and architects.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in Engineering and 2–4 years of related experience, with proficiency in Excel and Word, strong communication, and time-management skills to deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a four year ABET accredited university.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience with high level complex facility energy projects, with knowledge of Central Energy Plants and control systems.
• Experience with Excel and Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the production of projects that are on-time, within-budget and meet industry standards & codes and client specifications.
• Conducts site surveys to determine existing facility conditions independently or with senior staff.
• Performs mechanical system calculations including load calculations and ventilation schedules.
• Interacts in meetings with owners, clients, and/or architects and prepares meeting notes.
• Reviews and analyzes drawings of mechanical systems for projects.
• Coordinates with energy modeling, financial modeling, lighting, and design teams.
• Attends training sessions to gain knowledge in building systems; participates in industry events.
• Supports senior staff in scope creation and can lead scope discussions independently with owners and clients.
