Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to partner with Energy Supply and IT teams, documenting requirements and translating them into functional specs. You will configure and support Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, Hitachi eSOMS, and Pandell Land Property Management within enterprise environments.

You will work across implementation phases, develop documentation, and drive process improvements using Lean and data analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology, Business Systems Analysis, Application Support, or related technical disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, or similar enterprise project and construction management software platforms.
Strong experience gathering business requirements and developing functional documentation.
Experience creating user stories, use cases, business process documentation, and system requirement specifications.
Strong understanding of enterprise application configuration, implementation, and support processes.
Knowledge of on-premise, cloud-hosted, and SaaS environments.
Experience with software testing methodologies, test planning, test execution, defect management, and test automation.
Working knowledge of Worksoft or comparable test automation tools.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
Strong data analysis, data mapping, and information management skills.
Knowledge of application integration concepts and enterprise system interfaces.
Experience with risk, issue, change request, and defect management processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Partner with Energy Supply business clients and IT teams to identify, define, and document business requirements, objectives, and system solutions.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and configuration designs.
Configure, implement, maintain, and support COTS applications including Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, Hitachi eSOMS, Pandell Land Property Management, and other enterprise systems.
Support all phases of system implementation, including configuration, installation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Develop and maintain application configuration settings, system documentation, process documentation, and technical artifacts.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to evaluate system enhancements, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology solutions.
Create test strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and test data to validate system functionality and business requirements.
Execute manual and automated testing activities, including implementation and maintenance of automated testing solutions using Worksoft.
Support Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies by participating in backlog management, sprint planning, user story refinement, and solution delivery activities.
Monitor and manage project and support activities through adherence to risk, issue, change request, defect tracking, and governance processes.
Perform data analysis, data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting activities to support business operations and system integrations.
Support integration efforts between enterprise applications and related business systems.
Develop presentations, reports, and leadership communications regarding project status, system capabilities, and business outcomes.
Utilize Lean principles, reporting metrics, and business case analysis to help ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value and return on investment.
Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer for supported software applications and field technology solutions.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools to improve efficiency, documentation quality, and delivery effectiveness.
