Qualifications

5+ years in IT, Business Systems Analysis, Application Support, or related technical disciplines.
3+ years supporting Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, or similar enterprise project and construction management platforms.
Experience gathering business requirements and producing functional docs.
Experience with enterprise app configuration, implementation, and support.
Experience with testing, test planning, and defect management.

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and define system requirements for enterprise applications.
Configure COTS enterprise platforms and support technology solutions.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and use cases.
Support testing, data analysis, and integration activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement and end-user support.
