Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field.
• Experience in test engineering, preferably in battery storage or renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of first principles in electromechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of functional, high voltage, thermal, and mechanical systems.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and procedures to evaluate key risks.
• Spearhead the design and acquisition of testing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design integrity.
• Analyze test data, report findings, and drive system enhancements.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during testing.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
• Drive innovation in testing methodologies and practices.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
