Job summary

GE Vernova's Power Conversion & Storage division seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a ~12‑person team delivering power stability and energy storage projects across solar, storage, and data center markets. Based in Pittsburgh, you will drive technical execution, team development, and tool/process improvements, while collaborating across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering leadership for OTR execution across energy storage, solar, and data center markets.
  • Drive on-time, on-budget project execution with clear metrics.
  • Lead the implementation of new PLM and PPM tools to improve visibility and workflow.
  • Champion a process-driven culture using LEAN and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee system architecture development to meet performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports and manage performance.
