Job summary

GE Vernova's Power Conversion & Storage division seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a ~12‑person team delivering power stability and energy storage projects across solar, storage, and data center markets. Based in Pittsburgh, you will drive technical execution, team development, and tool/process improvements, while collaborating across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering leadership for OTR execution across energy storage, solar, and data center markets.
Drive on-time, on-budget project execution with clear metrics.
Lead the implementation of new PLM and PPM tools to improve visibility and workflow.
Champion a process-driven culture using LEAN and continuous improvement.
Oversee system architecture development to meet performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports and manage performance.
